3 things every adult should know

  1. You vote with your wallet. Your purchases incentivize growth in one industry and disincentivize growth in another. Make each vote count.
  2. Have conversations about disagreements. Bigger problems require honest discussions where adverse opinions are civilly expressed. If we can’t talk about small differences, how can we talk about big differences? We must be comfortable and capable of sharing our adverse opinions. Start small.
  3. It’s not that “I don’t have time,” rather it isn’t my priority. We have 8760 hours in a year, that’s enough time for anything.
