Bringing Change to Corporate Bubbles

How in a big corporation do you get people to trust you, an outsider? How do you propose a solution and own the responsibility to carry it out?

Lead them to the answer. — Ask questions. Point to a problem. Ask more questions. Have them come up with the solution. Then offer to carry out their vision. They are the visionary, you are the change agent.

One example:

How big is your project team?

How much turnover have you had in the past?

Why is there so much turnover?

Sounds like it is important to have systems in place to onboard and train effectively.

What is that process for new employees like?

How would you like it to be?

Sounds like [_____].

I can [_____].

I can do that for you.
