Simply grateful

I am grateful for

  • working in clean energy — a field I love and feel so passionate about
  • a partner in life and in crime that supports me in all my efforts — like doing yoga teacher training and traveling the world
  • a body that moves and allows me to play and sweat

I start every morning off with a short list of what I am grateful for. It helps me re-center and it helps me appreciate what’s right in front of me. It’s a practice I’m grateful to have found, and I’m excited to continue every day.

Gratuity is not something we have to wait for (like “once I have this or once I accomplish that“), it’s something to practice now.
